                        - Tap "Save" to add the bill
 
                    
                 
             
            
                 Is my data safe and private?
                
                    Absolutely! Your privacy is our top priority:
                    
                        - All data is stored locally on your device only
 
                        - No cloud storage or servers involved
 
                        - We never see or access your bill information
 
                        - No tracking, no analytics, no data collection
 
                        - Optional biometric lock (Face ID/Touch ID) for extra security

                 How accurate is the OCR scanning?
                
                    Our OCR technology is highly accurate (90%+ success rate), but results depend on:
                    
                        - Photo Quality: Good lighting and focus improve accuracy
 
                        - Bill Format: Clear, printed text works best
 
                        - Language: Optimized for English text
 
                    
                    Tip: Always review extracted information before saving. You can easily edit any field if needed.

                 How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
                
                    For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
                    
                        - Open Settings app
 
                        - Tap your name at the top
 
                        - Tap "Subscriptions"
 
                        - Select BillSnap Premium
 
                        - Tap "Cancel Subscription"
 
                    
                    For Android:
                    
                        - Open Google Play Store
 
                        - Tap Menu → Subscriptions
 
                        - Select BillSnap Premium
 
                        - Tap "Cancel Subscription"
 
                    
                    Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
                 
             
            
                 How do I backup my data?
                
                    Premium users can export data:
                    
                        - Go to Settings in the app
 
                        - Tap "Export Data"
 
                        - Choose a location to save the backup file
 
                        - The file includes all bill data (JSON format)
 
                    
                    To restore from backup:
                    
                        - Go to Settings → "Import Data"
 
                        - Select your backup file
 
                        - Confirm the import
 
                    
                    Free users: Upgrade to Premium to access backup features, or manually note down your important bills.
                 
             
            
                 I'm not receiving bill reminders. What should I do?
                
                    Check these settings:
                    
                        - App Permissions: Ensure BillSnap has notification permission in device settings
 
                        - Do Not Disturb: Make sure your device isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
 
                        - Due Date: Reminders are sent 3 days before the due date
 
                        - Battery Optimization: Disable battery optimization for BillSnap (Android)
 
                        - Background App Refresh: Enable for BillSnap (iOS)

                 Can I use BillSnap on multiple devices?
                
                    Currently, BillSnap stores all data locally on each device:
                    
                        - Premium Subscription: Can be used on multiple devices with the same Apple ID or Google account
 
                        - Data Sync: Not currently available (data stays on each device)
 
                        - Workaround: Use Export/Import to manually transfer data between devices
 
                    
                    Cloud sync is a feature we're considering for future updates!
                 
             
            
                 What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
                
                     Important: All your bill data and photos will be permanently deleted when you uninstall BillSnap.
                    
                        - Data is stored locally on your device only
 
                        - We don't have backup copies (privacy-first design)
 
                        - Before uninstalling: Export your data if you're a Premium user
 
                        - Take screenshots of important bills as backup

                    Yes! BillSnap supports various currencies:

                        - Set your preferred currency in Settings
